The platform allows patients to interact with licensed doctors online via questionnaire, secure messaging and video calls, and to arrange the dispensing and delivery of any medication the doctor prescribes.
The healthcare services are provided under the authority of Royal Link Healthcare Services, the licensed healthcare provider under which the treating doctors operate and under whose authority all personal and medical data is controlled and stored.
Digital Commercial Brokerage and Trading Services is not a medical clinic and does not itself provide medical services. It does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or give medical advice.
The doctor reviewing your consultation operates under Royal Link Healthcare Services. Royal Link Healthcare Services and the doctor are independent of Digital Commercial Brokerage and Trading Services and are solely responsible for any clinical decision they make, including whether to issue a prescription, what to prescribe, and the dosage.
Digital Commercial Brokerage and Trading Services bears no responsibility for clinical decisions, diagnoses, prescriptions, or for any outcome of medical care delivered through Royal Link Healthcare Services. Any complaint or claim about a clinical decision should be addressed to Royal Link Healthcare Services and the treating doctor.

Refunds are not offered for side effects experienced after a prescription has been correctly dispensed.
