DrOnline.io is a technology platform created, hosted and managed by Digital Platform Commercial Brokerage and Trading and Services, registered in the State of Qatar at Al Jazeera Tower, Building 186, Street 836, Zone 61, West Bay, Doha, State of Qatar. The platform allows patients to interact with licensed doctors online via questionnaire, secure messaging and video calls, and to arrange the dispensing and delivery of any medication the doctor prescribes.
The healthcare services are provided by the licensed partner clinic, which holds the healthcare facility licence, engages the treating doctors, and is the controller of the clinical record created during your consultation.
Digital Platform Commercial Brokerage and Trading and Services is not a medical clinic and does not itself provide medical services. It does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or give medical advice.
The doctor reviewing your consultation operates under the licensed partner clinic. The licensed partner clinic and the doctor are independent of Digital Platform Commercial Brokerage and Trading and Services and are solely responsible for any clinical decision they make, including whether to issue a prescription, what to prescribe, and the dosage.
Digital Platform Commercial Brokerage and Trading and Services bears no responsibility for clinical decisions, diagnoses, prescriptions, or for any outcome of medical care delivered through the licensed partner clinic. Any complaint or claim about a clinical decision should be addressed to the licensed partner clinic and the treating doctor.

The doctor's decision is based on the information you provide. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete medical history, current medications, allergies and lifestyle information. Withholding or misrepresenting information may lead to inappropriate treatment and could be harmful to your health.
All medications carry potential risks, side effects, and interactions. Read the medication leaflet provided with your order. If you experience any adverse reaction, stop taking the medication and seek immediate medical attention. Refunds are not offered for side effects experienced after a prescription has been correctly dispensed.
Doctors reviewing consultations on the platform are registered with the Department of Healthcare Professions (DHP) of the Ministry of Public Health and practise under the facility licence held by the licensed partner clinic. Digital Platform Commercial Brokerage and Trading and Services operates as a technology service provider in accordance with Qatari law, including the Personal Data Privacy Protection Law.
