DrOnline.io is a technology platform. We are not a medical clinic, we are not a doctor service, and we do not practise medicine. Our role is to connect patients in Qatar with licensed doctors working in licensed clinics, and to make that interaction convenient, secure and seamless.
All medical assessment, diagnosis, prescribing decisions, and clinical advice are provided solely by the independent, licensed doctor reviewing your consultation. These decisions are entirely at the doctor's professional discretion, based on their own clinical judgement and the information you provide.
DrOnline.io does not assess patients, does not make treatment decisions, does not prescribe medication, and does not give medical advice. We are not responsible for the clinical decisions made by the doctor, and we do not interfere with, influence, or override those decisions in any way.
The doctors who review consultations through our platform are independent, licensed healthcare professionals registered with the relevant authorities in Qatar. Each doctor is responsible for their own clinical practice, and a doctor-patient relationship is formed directly between you and the reviewing doctor for the purpose of your consultation.
Medication dispensing is carried out by a separately licensed pharmacy partner, operating under Qatar Ministry of Public Health regulations. Dispensing decisions, labelling, counselling and pharmacovigilance are the pharmacy's responsibility, not ours.
The DrOnline.io website and platform were created and are hosted and managed by Digital Platform Commercial Brokerage and Trading and Services, a technology company. It runs the platform, takes payment and arranges delivery. It holds no healthcare licence and makes no clinical decision. The medical part of the service is fulfilled by licensed partner clinics. Those clinics hold the healthcare facility licences the service depends on, their doctors are registered with the Department of Healthcare Professions (DHP), and they are solely responsible for medical evaluation, prescribing and every clinical decision. All patient data is stored on servers located in the State of Qatar.
DrOnline.io is not suitable for medical emergencies or urgent care. If you believe you may be having a medical emergency, call emergency services or go to your nearest emergency department immediately.
